I loved Jimmy John’s before. Now not so much. They messed up my sandwich by charging $5.50 extra for LIGHT roast beef. They didn’t put a drop of roast beef on the sandwich. Then they were SUPPOSED to being a drink n chips for my troubles (which I agreed) and the delivery guy never showed up. I like most Jimmy John’s but Rochelle IL failed big time…..

Haven’t had Jimmy John’s in so long. And it was exactly how I remembered it. The food was quick and FRESH. The lady over the phone was very helpful with whatever questions I had and the driver was very sweet. Ordered the club lulu and will DEFINITELY be going back for more in the future! Highly Recommend!

Update 04/14/23- I understand being busy and understaffed but this place is just getting worse and worse. I ordered a giant slim that comes with just ham and cheese and i got no cheese. I asked for mayo… Got none… Asked for my sandwich to be cut… It wasnt. I hate to be the person to pick on little things but it was very annoying. I dont know the name of the manager i spoke to but he was very calm and very kind. Anytime ive called and complained he was the only one to actual listen and care. I could tell by the strain in his voice he was having a rough day but i really appreciate him taking the time to speak to me and help make this right. I would have given 1 star but the manager is the reason it has 2

Came here at 8:30PM and tried to go through the drive through. The girl had attitude and claimed when they are short staffed they are allowed to close early. Waste of time driving out there.

Definitely not fast took a half hour for my order to arrive, my drink was watered down. I ordered my sandwich wrapped in lettuce and it was completely soaking wet by the time I got to me. It’s like they washed the lettuce and didn’t drive it off. Gross, I had to cut it out and eat like a salad. Not easy or convenient. No napkins as requested and they rang my door bell when I specifically wrote in the comments section not to as to not wake up sleeping roommate.
