this location is VERY unprofessional. waited over an 30 minutes for my order and didn’t even get all of it, when i called to complain i was yelled at because they were short staffed and had only two delivery drivers. i was blamed for the fact they were under staffed. she screamed at the top of her lungs at me for getting MY order incorrect. i will never be ordering from this location ever again. if you’re so unprepared for a day of work let people know before hand or don’t open your location. I’ve found a hair in my sandwich twice. First hair was a cat hair. Second was a long, brown hair. Sealed the deal for me – never ordering from here again. I suggest you check your sandwich ahead of time for “extra toppings”.

Took an hour for them to even get my delivery out the door. Called for a refund, didn’t refund it even though they said they were going to, then tried to deliver the food over 30 minutes after they left the store with watered down drinks and lunch meat that had been sitting out for almost 2 hours. Still no refund. Already went to the feedback website and yet to hear back from them as well. Whole experience was absolute trash company should just be boycotted at this point. Freaky fast delivery turned into freaky fast utter disappointment.

My husband picked up sandwiches I ordered the beach club and they put cheese mayonnaise lettuce and tomatoes on it that was it they forgot the meat and the guacamole. Then they wouldn’t deliver a new sandwich cuz we already got it home so now he has to go all the way back up there to get it and didn’t offer anything for him coming back they told us that they can’t deliver it. Very unhappy won’t be back to this location.

I used to really like *that other sub#@¥ sandwich place*, allot but I seen Jimmy John’s was just opened. One day I was in the area and wanted to try it…. Whoa what a difference in taste!! It’s actually real deli meat and FRESH everything. Needless to say I haven’t eaten at that “other sub sandwich place* again. It’s always Jimmy John’s for me when it comes to fresh sub sandwiches.
