Ordered around 8:38pm tonight. Ordered a sandwhich and jimmy bbq chips with two sides of kickin ranch, no chips ever showed up and she asked me twice about my order and my sandwhich also had ONE piece of turkey on it!!!!!! And also had oregano on it and thats not what had requested to be on it and thats all i can taste and somehow that was mistaken for oil and vinegar that is not on my sandwhich. Literally repeated twice. Which was weird cause i havent had any mistakes with this location since i have been ordering from them, i get that its the end of the night but i felt like my order may have been rushed and not cared about!!! Cant even eat it!

I ordered Jimmy John’s the other day and somehow my order went through twice. Instead of the store calling me on my cell phone (which they have) to see if it was a mistake and cancel one; they decided to make the EXACT same order twice and just send it on out.

When one orders a sub with any type of meat one would expect that meat would be on a sandwhich the fact that 1 shaved piece of meat equates as meat on a sub is highway robbery for 10 or 15 dollar piece of bread and ton of lettuce… should be a class action law suit against their practice… and because of this I will create an email every week with a similar review for ripping customers off….enjoy the reviews

Worst veggie sub I’ve gotten from JJ. They forgot my onions, it had less cheese than normal and it had 3 cucumber slices on it. Waste of money.

Quick fast service….I tried the Thai chicken wrap, it was good but could use a little more chicken! I liked the crunch and tangy Thai sauce, will probably ask for extra chicken next time!

very nice customer service but the food was horrible. Sandwich did not have enough mayonnaise. I paid for extra toppings and barely got any extra toppings except the cheese and tomatoes. This is the worst Jimmy John’s I had but the customer service was great.

I placed an order (1 sandwich and a cookie) for delivery. I was located 1.7 miles from the restaurant. My delivery was supposed to come at 10:30 (30 minutes after the JJ opened). My order arrived at 10:43. I called at 10:39 and asked after the delay. I was told they didn’t have enough drivers to make the deliveries on time but my order should arrive any minute (which it did). The sandwich was delicious & made correctly. Cookie was good. I would order again but allow more time for delivery. The driver was polite and professional.
