WE WANTED A QUICK AND EASY LUNCH … THIS STORE DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THE MOTO FREAKY FAST DELIVERY! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY THAT TOOK AN HOUR AND 6 MINUTES TO DELIVER? WE ARE ONLY 2 BLOCKS FROM THIS STORE… I CALLED THE STORE TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER WENT THROUGH AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE? IS IT A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM OR STAFFING PROBLEM? l have never went to this location before but after today I am definitely not going back- looking at the reviews many others also seem to be dissatisfied. This location simply seems very disorganized & dirty- when walking in there was literally a yellow wet-floor sign a few inches from the doorway making it look as if they were blocking the door for a reason, as if to imply they were closed. Every table also had many boxes and papers surrounding the already small and cluttered space. Regardless of appearance I wasn’t disappointed with this place until receiving my food. I had already ate about half of my sandwich before realizing there was a dark, short hair stuck to the underside of my sandwich. Immediately I was disgusted and lost any appetite that I had. The person who seemed to be the manager did have darker hair, but it’s possible that another careless employee might of left the hair. From my experience it is clear that cleanliness is this location’s last priority. Very disgusted and wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I ordered my food in store, they forgot kickin ranch that I paid for, so I asked for it and they said they were out. I said okay what else is $1 because I already paid for it and they guy said whatever here’s a kickin ranch then gave me one. Very clearly not out and was annoyed with me even though I had paid for it???

Waited 20 minutes for my sandwich because of a large order in front of me. I spoke up and the manager was rude and dident care. Wasted my whole lunch break here with an empty store. Music was so loud I could not hear the cashier while taking my order. This store is a bummer.

Not freaky fast, at all. I’ve ordered a few times. It always takes 30 minutes at least. I live 4 minutes away. I would go pick it up, but I don’t have a car at the moment. I just feel like things shouldn’t be advertised as something if it’s not real, you know what I mean?

Placed a large order for family after a funeral. Guy at the front was horribly rude – apparently you can’t order by the NAME of the sandwich, numbers only. Why even post the names then? He continued to make snarky comments like “this isn’t Burger King you have to order by number”. Plus there was a hair in my Jimmy ranch. Kid making the sandwiches was nice and felt bad for the other guy.

Every time I order online at this particular location and request certain things (extra ingredients, sandwiches cut in half, extra napkins) they NEVER get it right. It’s not that hard people….it’s making a SANDWICH for crying out loud!!! Plus the manager is rude to customers and mean to his employees. Subway & Jersey Mike’s are my go to places now!!

This is a long narrow restaurant where you need to get your own drinks etc. They put your sandwich in a shelf and you need to bag your own food. I was not impressed with the food or the way the restaurant is run. Rather pricy as well
