If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am a big fan of Jimmy Johns but this has got to be the worst location ever. When I placed an order at jimmy johns for a delivery, the driver inputted his own tip without my consent. This was the SECOND time this has happen to me. The first time I bypassed it but this time it just showed how greedy a person can be. I called their store everyday and it’s been a month and I still haven’t been refunded when they verbally confirmed that they were going to provide me my funds back. I called today and the manager was very rude when they toke my money. I’ve been patient with them but it sucks hearing from the manager that I have to call my bank and do a dispute. I’m very disappointed with the service and I will never order from here again. Please be careful everyone.

Called store after waiting an hour and was told “delivery guy is old and gets lost and stuff. I have to deal with this every day.” I’m the customer, don’t complain to me; fire him! Waited a total of over 2 hours and then called store again to cancel order and asked for refund. The store DIDN’T refund the charge that they verbally said they would, so now I have to dispute it! Never ordering from here again because this situation happened to coworkers, as well, so 3 of us never received our food from this place but we’re charged for it.

Walked in, kid greeted me then turned around to finish a conversation with coworkers talking about something completely unrelated to work. Turned back around and said “sorry what?” Gave him the first sandwich then he turned back around to continue the conversation. I waited and when he looked at me again and said “sorry” again for not taking my order, I had to ask him if he was ready so I could put the rest of my order in. Kids that work at these places do not care about customers. I’m sure whatever they were talking about was interesting but to ignore a customer standing right in front of your face and get to the point where the customer has to ask the employee if they are ready to take the order is a little ridiculous.

Ordered Giant Club Tuna but barely have tuna on it. Feels like I’m eating a salad sandwich Will never buy from this store even though this is the nearest JJ from me, Oswego JJ never disappoints me, the best. For sake, It’s TUNA sandwich for a reason, it has to have enough TUNA not just a sprinkle of tuna. I shouldn’t have ordered the Giant one, such a waste of my $17.

I ordered online and had to wait outside because there were 2 customers inside at the cash register not wearing their masks. My sandwiches were done but the employees never brought them over to the pickup section. A long wait until the maskless customers left and I could go inside. I asked about my order and they grabbed the bag that was behind the counter. It should have been placed in the pickup area so that I could grab & go. Definitely not Freaky Fast.

I don’t really agree with some of the negative posts. I know in the past that it can be slow on busy days but its still freaky fast compared to other places. I order once a week from this location and all the drivers are the courteous and quick. A friend told me that they went through management change last year and I can see why. The store looks great and it really has that classic Jimmy John’s feel.

To start, no one said anything when I walked in the door. I was surprised I was even able to get the cashier’s attention. Then, this branch gave me the wrong sandwich, and when I drove all the way back there (after going home already), they were unapologetic. They talked amongst each other like “ Well I didn’t do it. Did you? I don’t think anyone here did that.” Then they remade the sandwich and offered me no other form of apology. I won’t be back
