Something needs to happen here. I keep trying to give this place a chance but I’m getting frustrated. It should not take an hour for me to get sandwiches that take 15 seconds to make. This is not an employee problem, this is an owner problem. You need to staff appropriately. On the flip side the employees are always nice and helpful. So at least there is that.

They used to be good, but i really hope that the app have an option that they don’t have delivery available… i made an order today and when i received an email they place it for tomorrow, and when i called the lady who answer told me they can’t change it for pick up but instead i have to place another order… that’s not helpful at all, very disappointed

This place used to be really good, where you got sandwiches fast and made correctly. The last several times I’ve been there there’s either been an ingredient missing off my sandwich or a miniscule of ingredients added to the sandwich and I have to wait several minutes. Sad that the old freaky fast ethos has gone out the window.
