Not a single person smiled, said hello or even faked happiness when we walked in at 6 on Friday. The three people working there looked like they watched puppies being kicked all day. They got 2 out of our 3 sandwiches wrong. The one they got right was a Slim 4 so…..yay for them. The Jimmy Johns in Plainfield is way nicer and the people there like the job and do it right. Drive farther up 59 for proper service

Ordered a catered order in advance. Spent a lot of $$. Order was 30 min late. I know it’s hard getting drivers. But if I was an owner I’d be out delivering too. The delivery times are always sooo long now.

I don’t know why I keep ordering delivery from this particular Jimmy Johns. I’m pretty sure when they say subs so fast you’ll freak they didn’t mean over an hour. And there’s no option to cancel. This is worse than waiting around for the cable guy.

Always makes excellent sandwiches. Although everyone can appreciate their always speedy delivery, a stop into a shop is always a pleasant experience as well. They will customize your sandwich into whatever you want, and are very patient while you’re ordering. Definitely my favorite fast food place and would definitely recommend this fine establishment to anyone in need of a good sandwich.

I will never use this location ever again. The manager made a mistake with my order. No big deal. However, when I call back to figure out the issue, she tried to throw her employees under the bus and blame them. She never once offered to fix the situation . She is a horrible manager and I would suggest making a staffing change. And, it really will take 5 to 7 business days to get my money back.
