Got a veggie sub. Opened it in the car to make sure my extras were added and realized they did not add avocado. Went back in to the store showed the employee so they gave me ‘side’. This is what I got as a side of avocado. LOL! Smh. Should have just gone to Augustino’s.

Came in today and ordered a #10 and chips. Was told sandwich would be up shortly. After sitting and waiting 10 mins a worker comes around to me and asks if I’m waiting for a pickup order. I tell her I just ordered and she looks confused. The young lady who actually took my order asks me what I ordered again and they proceed to make my sandwich, but when I got home it’s the wrong sandwich. No extra roast beef no provolone cheese. Overall experience wasn’t good today.

I visited this Jimmy John’s location today and encountered a wonderful manager, the kindest cashier and most perfect sandwich makers ever! Our order was fresh, and they were all efficient! The whole visit made my day! I highly recommend this location!

Tried to place an online order for delivery using a gift card as payment. The Jimmy Johns website wouldn’t let me place the order because my order amount was more than the amount of the gift card. If I place an order for less than the amount on my gift card, then I won’t be able to use the amount left on the gift card. How is your website ordering system not able to automatically handle gift cards in a way that is not a hassle for customers? I ended up having to throw out my gift card because it was useless, and I placed an order for the same food from Subway because their online ordering process is much easier to use.

Three different times we attempted to go to this JJs location. It’s a Wednesday. It’s a busy street. It’s 7:15pm. Once the light was out. Once we missed the turnoff (not super convenient). Third time lights were on, got in and said they were closed. 7:15pm
