My working credit card was declined multiple times by their malfunctioning machine and all they did was place the blame on the customer. The first employee stated that the machine has been malfunctioning and several cards were declined on thisnday. The second employee assured me it was an issue with my card. Very poor customer service no alternate solutions There were multiple other machines in the store but they are not willing to try any other machines and kept telling me it was a problem with my card. Double checked with my credit card company card is working perfect. Use card at another store, Jersey Mikes just after this and of course it was approved. So absolutely sure that my card is working and the poor customer service is atrocious. The ignorant or just plain dumb employees need a brush up from management. They refused to provide a card or a complaint form. I will be taking this to their manager and corporate.

I have been waiting for a $60 reimbursement since Mother’s Day! I call almost weekly to get a status update and have been very patient, but to-date, have gotten nowhere. Our order was not delivered after an hour of waiting so we cancelled. After submitting my request online to corporate, I was hopeful that the reimbursement would go through, however, I have not even gotten a reply. I would like my money back for services NOT RENDERED!

Called and asked if I could get an update on my order at the hour 15 mark and she said ” he left 40 minutes ago so he should be there any minute now”…. lol thanks for the hot mayo and melted ice.

Like others have noted… one of the slowest Jimmy John’s on this side of the Mississippi. I can’t imagine what they’re doing back there in the kitchen but it’s definitely not making sandwiches. Additionally poor customer service pertaining to late orders. Employee lied to me on the phone. Who ever runs this franchise needs to clear house and start over.

I ordered food 45 min before my lunch and it took over an hour to get to me, I am less than 5 min from the store. All I ordered was a plain slim and chips. When the driver finally dropped it off we asked what took so long and if they were busy, he said yes they were and then proceeded to shrug his shoulders and walk out. Not ordering from there again would rather drive to another location further from my work and get food faster with better service.
