Sadly, no where near “freaky fast” anymore. I live less than 1 mile from the location, and on my last two deliveries, both were north of a 50 minute delivery. Was told by an employee that the delivery driver had only two deliveries (mine included in the two). If a 50 minute wait doesn’t bother you, order from here (I guess). But a 50 minute delivery time for three sandwiches, three chips, and two drinks (40 + dollars) is far too long a wait time.

They get my order wrong 99% of the time despite it being the same every time. Sometimes they don’t even come. Straws? No way would they ever put it in the bag.

Second time in the last month that I’ve come in and been told there’s no bread and it’s at least a 20 min wait, I used to manage a JJ’s and that’s something that should never happen, the business coach really needs to work with this store.

The food is usually super good (in my opinion) But the delivery and workers are trash. The amount of times i’ve ordered from here and delivery took well over an hour despite me living a mile away and ordering one singular sandwich is crazy.

Literally just bought a #14 Bootlegger Sandwich from this location and it came with no Roast Beef and I didn’t say, “No, Roast Beef” lmao. Not sure what Jimmy Johns is up too but something so easy (which is the reason why I prefer Jimmy John’s over other Sandwich places), should not be overlooked. Sucks, but I’ll probably have to start going to another location.

Ordered at 12:01pm it is now 1:16pm and still no delivery . I called the store and I was told they only have one driver and they are slammed and wasn’t able to tell me when the food would arrive .
