I placed a catering order of over $1100, and it was truly disappointing. The cookies were frozen, still in the case it gets delivered to the store in, pop was lukewarm, which warm Coke is disgusting, and lastly, none of the sandwiches or boxes they came in were labeled. Absolutely unreal. I bet Jersey Mike’s wouldn’t have done me dirty like this. And I wasn’t a jerk about it by placing this order last minute. I submitted the order Friday for a Tuesday delivery. No excuse for the waste of money this was. This was poor planning, poor prep, and even poorer execution. Where’s the GoT shame bell?!

Placed a $60 order for lunch, allowed plenty of time for pick up. Upon arrival, was notified that the store had no baked bread ready to make any sandwiches because they forgot, but we could wait 45-50 minutes if we wanted!? It’s a sandwich shop that offers little else, how do you forget to bake the bread??? Order cancelled and we got lunch elsewhere.

Amazing service. They made a wrong a right freaky fast! My hat goes off to them. Great food, amazing service, and they went above and beyond to deliver me the best jimmies cubano I’ve ever had. Thank you to the team and delivery driver. Made my day! Just a simple mistake was fixed in less than 10mins. Very friendly and got me my bacon. Lol. Thank you to the staff! Great job!

I have purchased from this Jimmy Johns 6 or 7 times since I moved into the area and it is by far the worst customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. Every time I place an order I get attitude from the employee, no matter who it is. Last time was Sam. Simply terrible.
