After waiting for an hour for our food to be delivered .25 miles away (after repeated calls that either weren’t answered or responded to with “they’re on their way”) we finally went up to the store to ask for our food. The women working were very nice and remade everything with no questions but there is a serious issue here with management or ownership. It’s probably on us for trying to order again (we’ve had the problem more times than I can count) but at some point this location needs to make some serious changes or just close entirely.

this store is awful. terrible customer service, and apparently, some drivers must not “feel” the need to deliver some orders. waited almost an hour for my order to be delivered (i live less than 5 minutes away). when i called, the guy that answered sounded so uninterested and said it would be another 15 minutes. the guy finally arrived and stated that he had just started his shift and didn’t know why any of the other drivers never delivered this. sent feedback through the JJ app, and requested a follow-up from the store. It has been weeks… and guess what? The follow-up never happened (not surprised). Way to suck, Jimmy John’s.

Long wait time.. so much for jimmy johns being “speedy”. I ordered a little john and it took over 15 minutes because Sonya took other orders as the people were walking in.. Not coming back to this location. Maybe all jimmy johns too.

This location needs some help. Delivery is not even close to “freaky fast”. Repeat customers and last 2 orders took an hour to get. Also, they forgot chips and don’t answer the phone so no way to get credit back.

some nasty dirty “man” named bofa who claims to be the manager of this location made several sandwiches wrong and we were missing sandwiches on a order that was placed. I tried calling 7 times before finally walking over there since no one was answering the phones. I get there to see all the phones off the hook and the place was dirty. Bofa immediately became defensive when i explained the problem and said he is not making me anything because he made everything personally. I said fine then refund my order for the missing items and he said no I will do that tomorrow. Really? He literally just stole from me! I will be reporting this to the corporate office. the disrespect and unprofessionalism from this man is enough for me to share will everyone.

Came to pick up order at 5:45, they close at 6, front door was locked and a could see a guy inside behind the counter. I called, no answer, the guy inside was ignoring me. Prior orders I had the driver was rude, didn’t say a word, just handed me the food and turned around haha. Was a little strange, didn’t even give me a second to tip him.

Two stars because some of the employees are gems. They lost 3 stars because their delivery service needs serious work. JJ is supposed to be “freaky fast” but I’ve waited over an hour a few times and they’re down the street from my office. Just now I was told “they’re way too busy and delivery will be very VERY long”. How is this? Don’t they have people only assigned to deliver? Why even offer the service? And why be rude about notifying the customer? I carpool and rely only on delivery if my team doesn’t go out for lunch, so being in an industrial area if someone doesn’t deliver I don’t eat if I don’t bring anything. I seriously doubt this location will get any more of my money or my friends money for lunch as they are completely unreliable. That’s too bad.
