This is a recently relocated store! It is now located inside the Ricky Rocket’s truck stop! But the quality and reliability from the old location has not changed a bit! Still amazing, friendly service and high quality sandwiches made-to-order at this location!!

Jimmy John’s is really great! The service here is really fast and quick. All of the staff here is working really fast. They are also nice, friendly, and accommodating. They will greet you and show a big smile once you enter the place. Also guide you inside to find a vacant spot and also they will get your order right away. You can get your orders served just by waiting for a few minutes. They serve the orders on time. You can really tell that their food is fresh and made to order because they will serve the food to you while it is hot and perfectly prepared. Service is really nice and good. This place is one of the most efficient food store around this area of Buffalo Grove. They always get the orders right. They also offer deliveries as well. Jimmy John’s is exceptional! Great sandwiches. Good prices. Awesome staff. Amazing service. Overall was really great! I really love their service! My experience here at Jimmy John’s is unforgettable and happy. I would really love to go back again soon and explore more of their food on the menu. Really amazed with their sandwiches. Thank you Jimmy John’s! Please keep it up and more customers to come! This store is closed. It has been closed for months, pretty much all summer. Are you reopening soon? No other Jimmy Johns will deliver, even though they are only 0.3 miles farther than this store. We can no longer order Jimmy John’s for our business and have ordered for several years usually several times a week.

I’m writing this review because I feel like they intentionally messed up my order. I’ve ordered from this location several times. I ordered a BLT.. the bacon was soggy, the tomato’s weren’t on the sandwich and my two add ons were not added on. Not sure how its possible to mess up a very simple order.

I work in a location nearer to the Riverwoods Jimmy Johns location, so when I needed a sandwich, I called them first. Unfortunately, they either had phone issues, or hung up on me several times after placing me on hold for 5 minutes. THIS location, however, after hearing what had happened was willing to deliver to me even though I was just outside their delivery range. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and as always, freaky fast. 10/10 for customer service. You guys rock!
