I was an employee at that location many years ago, and it was a complete nightmare. The general manager was absolutely unprofessional and yelled at me in front of customers. I eventually found out he was mostly under the influence during his tenure. Over the years, there were other staff members who have treated customers with complete disrespect.

I ordered and then the guy at the register laughed. The other guy working asked what was so funny and the guy at the register said “I’ll tell you later.” Well, I went to my destination and realized they didn’t add turkey to my sandwich. I would have been fine if they told me there was no turkey left. I have not eaten all day because I get nauseous from my medication and I needed all the fuel the sandwich would have provided. I ate it anyway but I don’t like how the situation was handled

Used the restroom-toilet seat was so loose that it just fell off!!!! Speak “the manager” or person in charge on evening shift. He did not apologize nor did take any action right away. No one appeared to be willing take any action to fix the situation. Really not smart move since it was just the beginning of dinner time. MAKOR SAFETY ISSUE!!! Also the urinal did not flush. While bathroom needs mechanical attention!!!

Ordered online at 11:56 am. I was unable to track my order using my app so I attempted to call the store. Called store over 20 times between 12:40 and 1:30. There were multiple pick ups and hang ups. Finally someone answered the phone, put me on hold for 5 minutes and returned to the phone. This was around 1:15, and they assured me that my order was out for delivery. He tried to contact the delivery driver, whom was not answering his phone. The man at the store said he would void my credit card order but I would still receive my food. I called again at 1:30 and he said he spoke to the driver and my delivery was next.

I’m editing my positive review to a negative one. I contacted my bank to find out if I had been credited for my dissatisfaction meal on 10-23-2022. I was in total shock to find out that not only was I NOT credited, I was charged $19.80 twice!! I called the store and Chris the manager that I had delt with originally wasn’tworking. I waited on hold for 10 minutes for Michael the manager before they said he would call me back (he was indisposed). He called me back and I explained the situation again (I explained it to the girl who answered the phone). He said that it looked like there wasn’t anything they could do on their end. I was dumbfounded. I told him that I had spoken with my bank and only 2 charges of $19.80 had posted to my account as of 10-28-2022 and that that no credits had posted like Chris had told it would in 3-5 days. Michael said that the best that he could do was to offer me a store credit for $25.00. I’m out $40.00 in my bank account. My husband just passed away and you want to give me sandwiches instead of my money back. What a compassionate person and company. My daughter went to Cary Grove High School. I can’t wait to share this with everyone on her Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and maybe we’ll do a TikTok. She’s got a ton of followers on all of her social media. I went from being a truly satisfied customer to a downright disappointed and disgusted customer. I strongly encourage people to look at Jimmy John’s ethics before ordering because what you see isn’t what you get.

I came in today and got my usually #2 with cheese, and the staff was great, service was quick and efficient, showed them my vax card and sat down to eat. But I after taking my jacket off I had to almost immediately put it back on. The store is absolutely freezing, I had to leave and go eat in my car with the heat on.

Jimmy John’s on Skokie Blvd did a great job serving our party of 20 with their delivery to Sketchbook in Skokie. They delivered on time and when we asked for condiments on the side & they were not in our order a phone call to Jimmy John’s produced condiments within minutes. We were amazed!! Thank you so much. We all enjoyed a great meal!!

Love the sandwich from Jimmy Johns I usually get unfortunately the people who work here are incompetent and got my order wrong twice (didn’t get the tomatoes or cucumbers I wanted and they added lettuce when I said absolutely no lettuce). How hard is it to make a sandwich? I love Jimmy Johns but the boys at this location need to be trained better.
