Awful service. We ordered the chicken wrap and got home, and it turned out that there’s no chicken. The wrap was just lettuce and BBQ sauce. Horrible. The #6 veggie was sloppily cut and not all the way. I don’t understand and I can’t justify paying for Jimmy John’s anymore when they can’t even get basic things done. Why waste our money.

For years this location is always late for pickup, delivery, and curbside. Multiple times in the last 3 years we had 1-2HR deliveries with excuses about drivers when we call (5min drive from the store). I stopped ordering delivery from this location. App orders for pickup are 15-30min, no one seems to care. The store never appears to be crowded. I keep giving this location a chance after not ordering for months, but am met with disappointment once again.

I order delivery from the Deer Park Jimmy John’s every week. They know my name, they are always courteous and thorough. They give me free cookies as a loyal customer. Today, I forgot to have them add onions to my sandwich. I called back, but the driver had left, so I told them “don’t worry about it it, it was my mistake.” They must have called the driver back, because a side of onions was delivered with my order! Terrible location. Multiple times it has taken an hour plus to get delivery. I understand its busy, but EVERY time it takes forever. And today i waited 75 minutes just to find out they are not doing delivery today and will void my order. Didn’t even call to tell me. Lake Zurich is afar better location.
