Asked for a #12 as an unwich & a #9 without ham & onions add turkey & a pickle bucket. Instead I received #12 with one little drop of avacado on it and the #9 had turkey and ham & onions no salami. Plus only gave a pickle cut into four slices.. had to repay for the pickle bucket and eat the sub with ham due to the fact we had already left. Never even offered a refund for the one pickle they charged me… ridiculous!

Very occasionally this place will give me a good sandwich. But 9 times out of 10 I spend 22$, ask for extra onions and mustard, and they cannot do this. 22$ for a sandwich… which they cannot make properly. I’m just really frustrated because this is a consistent problem. I’m done coming here and wasting money.

Was sent an email promotion saying they had a special for half off sandwiches. Called before I came in to make sure it was happening. They confirmed it was happening. I made a special trip to Bozeman for lunch. Refused to honor promotion. Will never eat here again. Wasted my time.

I accidentally sent my order fo pickup to the wrong location and when my husband went to pick it up the person behind the counter was super helpful! He canceled the order and redid it for the right location and they had it ready in like 2 minutes!! The whole staff was super courteous!! 5 stars

I have been in to this Jimmy John’s on more than one occasion. At a time when businesses are having a tough time hiring enough employees, this business always seems well staffed. I was impressed just watching the employees and they obviously seemed to know the meaning of customer satisfaction. None of them were observed passing over an issue without taking action. I will continue to go to this business because I know I will get great service in a clean shop.

This is the second time I have ordered here and gotten an entirely different sandwich. When my partner got home with the food and we realized it was wrong, he called immediately and asked what they would do about it. They said he can bring the sandwich and receipt to get the right one made. He told them they never provided him with a receipt and they said that unfortunately due to their policy they can’t do anything about it. So now I’m out the money for the sandwich, and I literally have food restrictions preventing me from eating the one they gave us, so I get to just go without on top of all of it. Will not be returning customers. Their sandwiches are overpriced anyway, Jersey Mike’s and firehouse both have better product and I’ve had much better success with their customer support
