First time visiting a JJ, and I won’t be back. I had the turkey sandwich. It was OK. What I don’t like is having only one choice of bread and no option to mix and match fillings. I want a different side besides potato chips. There were 4 flavors to choose from, but they were all spud chips. When I left with my to-go order (2 sandwiches and 1 bag of chips), they weren’t in a bag, and I wasn’t given any napkins. I’m glad that I didn’t order any drinks.

Was really good only problem was when they tried to give me part of my order wrong and I was told I was mistaken the manager jumped in right away and corrected the issue immediately

This is $10? Come on Jimmy John’s, that’s highway robbery. And if you come back with, well if it was on bread it would be bigger! Well then give the lettuce wrapped people a discount. This is why I only go here every couple years.. By then I’ve forgotten or there is nothing else around.

If someone gets a sandwich and takes off three ingredients, give them a little extra of the other ingredients or don’t charge the same price for half the sandwich. Just a common courtesy.
