I had a horrible experience when I ordered my food and did NOT get what I had purchased and they added an item and then the manager Lucas was not at all customer service oriented, and actually walked away from me mid sentence while a very new young employee watched. I am appalled! The one sandwich was supposed to have NO avacado and was supposed to be an in-which- and it was not!

First things first, the manager at this location, Stacy, is absolutely top notch. I have been to this location many times and have never been let down. Today, I called with a concern, that Stacy dealt with, with Grace, and made my problem go away within moments after dialing. Of course Jimmy John’s is great, but if you want to go to one of the best Jimmy John’s with good management and good employees, this is the one you want to go to.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery. Get a text from the guy saying he is here, just to go out and find that he already left. Never got a refund, AND was told that I have to call the store to get something done about it. Guess I will be going to Jersey Mike’s from now on. Poor customer service.

Ordered my sandwich a little after 12pm. About 12:30pm got the notice that my order was out for delivery. When it had been 25 minutes since I received the notice I called the store to see what was taking so long (I work 2 blocks from the store). I was told that the delivery person should have delivered mine first but that they take a lot of orders at once and that they are usually slammed during this hour. No other explanation just that they are busy during lunch. I now have been waiting 30 minutes and I still do not have my order. Definitely not freaky fast!!!!!! Will be a long time before I spend my money here again.

Ordered ahead online at 4:33pm for delivery at 6pm. I called at 6:10 because the status on the tracker said it had yet to be delivered. I talked to the “manager” who acknowledged the forgot it and told him I didn’t want to pay for food that had been forgotten about but still wanted my dinner as I’m at work. He preceding to very rudely, tell me they don’t give away free food. I tipped and would never complain even if it was late as I understand that happens. But for my order to be completely forgot and then to be treated like I was trying to get free food was unacceptable. It’s now 6:33 pm and I have no food. Awful experience today.
