It was amazing to have such good service right before they were closing. We ordered 30 minutes before getting there and Jarred the employee made it right on time. And due to them closing offered us bread to go along with our sandwiches that were perfectly made.

Honestly not super impressed, my sandwich came with more bread & lettuce than anything. & this is now the 2nd time it’s happened. Pretty disappointing for someone to spend $20 on basically bread. Especially when this is supposed to be what your eating in the field for the next 18+ hours. The guy who delivers is always super nice though.

I door dashed a sandwich from here and long story short, the staff went above and beyond to help me get my sandwich. I am having a bad flare up where I am bed ridden and I was counting on the sandwich to help me keep down my pain meds. The food wasn’t bad, plenty of options. My one gripe is that they consistently have run out of bread by 6pm, which is frankly ridiculous. How can you call yourself a sandwich shop if four times out of five you can’t make a sandwich?

The worst experience ever! I ordered my food 2 hours ago and still haven’t gotten it! However it shows delivered. I called and they just use the excuse that they only have 1 driver. They keep saying he’s coming and nothing. No solution. No refund. Terrible customer service.

Horrible!, asked for the lettuce, onions and tomatoes to not be put on the sandwich and was told ok, only for them to load it up with lettuce tomato and onion. Also it was 7 pm and the light was not working at the speaker it was dark. I was nice, spent 28.00 and gave a 5 dollar tip for my order to be wrong. I called and the young lady said my order was wrong because of a container issue , if that’s the case communicate with the customer and give me the option to keep the order or not!!! Do better with training these kids !!

I mean … look at the picture. What kind of sandwich is that?! Bread tastes day old. Hardly any meat or lettuce. Tomatoes tasted like mush, so they had to be old too. So little mayo I had to add my own when I got home. No sign of oil or vinegar. It’s like the Owner tells them to skimp on the ingredients as much as possible, taking advantage of hungry college kids. Not a good way to earn repeat customers. Shame. Williston needs a good sub sandwich place. This isn’t it. PLEASE BRING JERSEY MIKES TO WILLISTON!!

I ordered the Spicy East Coast 8″ with Jimmy’s John Peppers and that sandwich was on point! Made exactly the way I wanted it! So much meat and in every bite. The Italian night club is our go to favorite also!!! Made perfect but should be without mayo… no true Italian subs have mayo on them. Suggestions is order it with extra o&v. We also ordered a loaf of the French bread, which was nice and soft and definitely fresh!!! I love there quality meats and that capicolla (spicy ham). Jimmy’s needs to add hard salami instead of Genoa though. We live in the Midwest, there should be pepperoni too…

Every time I order the food is always fresh and delicious, I’ve never had to wait for my food when I order it online it’s always ready for me even if I ordered it 5 mins before I go in. And the service is always very good! I do want to make a shout out to Cieana (I’m not sure how to spell her name) she has superior customer service!!! If she’s not the manager she should be. I order usually once or twice a week and I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you Jimmy John’s Williston! Y’all are amazing
