We’re from out of town and placed an order through the app, which turned out to be the best JJ we’ve had in a long time! The poor rating had me concerned at first but after looking through them, it seemed to be mostly about delivery issues and poor customer service. Our order was done quickly and perfectly. We made several customizations and everything was executed as requested! Nothing was skimped on.

49.68 for 1 footloomg extra meat and sides for charged 4$ for Vito dont even know what that is and didnt add ranch or mayo as requested great delivery driver at least useless cooks. I also have 2 sandwiches instead of one someone tell me how to upload my reciept.

Gave me the wrong order. I called the next afternoon and the manager made it right. The whole crew that was working is a great crew. More places need to learn from this crew. Great place

Stopped in a few days ago for a sandwich for supper. They were out of French bread which was a disappointment to my husband. But I had the wheat and it was made well. I was a happy customer. The place wasn’t busy and it took them awhile to make my one sandwich. But I guess after the wait my sandwich was prepared well and good so I wasn’t upset. But hopefully we don’t encounter them without options for their main bread next time. The only downside to the wheat is that it feels like a smaller sandwich for some reason and is expensive for a sandwich similar to being able to make at home since it’s regular bread.

Service was great, food came fast and was quite tasty. We were there at 2pm on a Friday so it was pretty quiet. That may have effect the first sentence.

Awful delivery and costumer service. I am a student at high-school right now in my Freshman year. Before lunch I preordered jimmy johns for a nice toasty sandwich. I was so excited and when I went to the door to pick it up where I’d asked that they drop it off at, it wasn’t there. It didn’t arrive. I checked my order tracker and it had said “Order completed. Food arrived.” They had lied. My food was nowhere to be found and when I called the company, asking where my food had gone, they said they couldn’t help me and threatened to call the cops for asking. I wish I were lying or joking here, but this was an awful experience and I will not be going back. Not only this but all they gave me was an apology email.

I usually don’t leave reviews but please start paying attention to detail! My husband laughs because of my horrible luck every time I order food here. There’s always something wrong with my sandwich. One time my order was missing the meat altogether, one time it had no lettuce, other times I’ve gotten someone else’ order or it’s taken over an hour to be delivered. Tonight I ordered two number 16s, both missing the bacon. My husband laughs because it literally never fails. I have a Jimmy John’s curse. I can’t be the only one!

Went here twice while in Dickinson. Never had a problem with rude employees or hard bread. It’s just like any other Jimmy Johns: fresh and fast.
