Brad went out of his way on his day off to deliver sandwiches to the bridal party on our sons wedding day! Sandwiches were great and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

Spearfish Jimmy John’s is truly “freaky fast”, had very good service. Kinda hard to mess up the food so they shined in speed, staff and cleanliness.

Stopped in for lunch. Was told they are understaffed and refused to let us eat inside. There are four employees standing around doing nothing and no other customers. We even offered to clean the table when we were done. The excuse of being under staffed, with staff standing around doing nothing is pathetic and unacceptable customer service.

Never have I ever had or experienced a more serious and devoted staff than this store and its leadership Cody is by far the most most godly man I’ve ever seen or had dealt with in a long long time and I pray only more places could find devoted and God sent people like him and his staff my review is if you want quality food with true leadership than use there services and remember God is running that store and I can only hope that more people and places do too.

My fiancée ordered from them today on Doordash ( I know they have their own website and so on but she was buying.) She had a $40 order and set it up for delivery for her lunch time around 1:00 pm. we got a text saying it would be at our apartment in ten minutes. Her break almost being over,( she has a half hour for lunch so we waited that long before calling) and no sandwiches later she calls them. Some one named Brad was talking to her loudly,( loud enough that I could hear him and I was across the room). Telling her they dropped the sandwiches off. She told him they did not knock or send a picture in a text as they normally do. He proceeds to say well its not their fault they delivered it. My fiancée continues being nice and calm telling him that she would like a refund. He came back said well its not their fault they delivered them and that we should not have used doordash. Not sure if he refunded it or not he said he would but who knows. Since this is a guy who believes that he did a good job delivering food possibly to the wrong address. Oh and I went to every building in my apartment complex and checked to see if it was delivered to the wrong address and there were no sandwiches delivered in any of the seven buildings. They lost my business and hers hope yours as well. would rate it a 0 if I could

I got the wrong sandwich going thru the drive thru. I went inside stating I wanted a different number. The worker from the drive thru runs over stating it was my mistake and I needed to pay for it. I said okay and paid for it. He then started to yell at me that I made the mistake not him. I finally asked him to please stop.

Last two times I ordered took over 40 minutes to deliver and the last time I got the wrong food which took another 30 minutes to get fixed. So today I decided to do pickup thinking that would help. WRONG! get to store to find lobby closed signed called and was told I had to wait in drive thru I almost left. 20 minutes later I got my food. I understand the times but this is ridiculous.

Troy (owner) and his staff did a great job feeding our group of 100 marching band students dinner while we were in Spearfish. Easy to work with and reasonably priced box lunches. He also made his business available on short notice if we needed them. All around awesome experience!
