Jimmy johns always find a way to give me cravings. I like how clean the place is and the decorations everywhere. Keep in mind depending on whom works that day the sandwich might be sloppily done. But the food is still great to eat. Luckily, I came on a good day. I highly recommend the Italian nightclub.

I placed an order at 6pm to be delivered. Finally at 8pm with no update on the tracker and no contact from the store I called them. I was told they have no driver. They had no intention of calling me to let me know that I guess and were just going to keep my money had I not called.

I put in my order at 7:53pm, I then received a call from Amy “General Manager” at 8:32 saying that they were just now leaving with my order due to only 1 driver “same story every time” I asked if I could have her at least refund my delivery tip but “she doesn’t known how to do it”. She offered to just give me my order total in store credit using my phone number, I accepted. The order eventually arrived at 8:41. This is my second time with the same issue in the last month. The Google reviews for this location are directly on par with my overall experience so far.

Although the staff were fine, I had no issues with them. The food was made correctly as ordered. My issue is with the location’s management. I order JJ at work for lunch often from a different location, never had a problem. This was my first time using the JJ app at home.

I walked in the door to 4 employees standing around talking…. Someone came out of the backroom, greeted me and made a comment to everyone else about standing around and not working…. She wanted to talk my order, I told her is was an online order, she turned and asked one of the others to start making the order. 5 minutes later the guy working on what I thought was my order (I was the only o e in the shop) opened the cash register, rang something up, touched his hair, took out his wallet, took out a card and rang up what he had rung in, put his wallet back, and then turned around and reached for my sandwich…. I asked him to change his gloves before touching my food, I got a dirty look for that… A 2nd customer walked in and it turns out the employee was working on his sandwich that he ordered 10 minutes after I placed my order.

At every Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, a slim sub is just meat and cheese without all the other extra fixings (even says this on this particular locations big menu) but this location will charge you extra for the cheese that’s supposed to be standard on the slim.
