As you can see from my profile, I don’t write bad reviews pretty much at all. Especially of food places. Being a teacher and working in customer/food service for years, I know the world is short staffed and long waits or increased prices are expected. But I was last at this location on Monday of last week. There was one guy there. I didn’t mind. The thing was, the guy was really negative and angry. I was picking out toppings and about to list them off and he told me to step to the side and let other people order. That’s not a huge deal. where i got really upset is there was a guy who came in who clearly was blind or had cataracts. He grabbed a soda cup and put a few coins in the tip jar. The guy behind the counter got really angry at him. I don’t remember if there was swearing, but there was some raising of voices and yelling by the employee. It felt very tense. It ends up the guy couldn’t see, and he had grabbed the wrong cup. And the guy behind the counter didn’t apologize for getting angry or not clarifying. He just continued justifying his actions. It felt extremely tense and was the first time I’ve left a restaurant because of the atmosphere.

I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and this Jimmy. John’s used to be really good but for the past few months it has gone downhill fast. The employees don’t seem to care they are on their cell phones while they’re making a sandwich using bad language in front of customers and messing up orders because they’re just not paying attention I will not be going back

Definitely freaky slow service. The bread wasn’t fresh and they were out of several key ingredients. Twice as many employees to customers but still the service was slow.

This is by far the worst JJ location ever. I have only had bad experiences with them. It sometimes take hours to get my food (when the company builds their marketing off of “freaky fast delivery”). Customer service is outright ATROCIOUS. I was hung up (TWICE) on when my food was taking forever to be delivered and I was just trying to figure out what was going on. I got aggravated when i was told that i didnt order any food from them even though my card had been debited and i had a confirmation email. They told me to “reorder.” NOPE! The staff is constantly rude. I was told that an order was refunded (because it took so long and I was hung up on) but never received the credit on my card or my app account. They seem to never be open and when they are youget treated like above. I’ve been waiting on the franchise owner to call me regarding my issues and I still haven’t. I’ve complained to corporate TWICE and no changes have been made. Just close this location permanently. It’s a waste of time and money.

Bought a sandwich in the store. On my way out I decided I also wanted chips and a cookie. Guy working said I’d have to wait to buy the chips and a cookie because he was way behind on online orders and was actively going to make those first. Again, I was physically standing in the store and was denied the opportunity to BUY chips and a cookie until he was finished making online orders first. So I put the cookie and chips back and left.

Far from freaky fast. They are working on a big to to order, but no one is doing the in house orders so we get to sit and wait for 15 minutes. Garbage stinks like it hasnt been taken out for over a day.. communication lacking as well..

Left sitting an hour and a half on a delivery when I called them they said the order didn’t go through but they called me. My smart phone never received a call. They told me I’d be better going to somewhere else to get food. My recommendation is go somewhere else.
