I literally ate here 4x in one week when I was visiting Minnesota the sandwiches were definitely freaking fresh. The customer service was above and beyond amazing and I didn’t even have a hard time finding parking because they have free parking in the back of the building which is pretty convenient in that area. Try Mia‘s ranch, it is definitely delicious! Thank you Natrice for your great customer service!

As a student, I like to go here for a quick meal, usually later at night. The preparation time for the sandwich is usually less than a minute but the value for the money could be better. This being said, the sandwiches on white bread taste great with chips, and the atmosphere of the place is decent.

Really, I just spent $19 a sub and wanted a large cup for water. They wanted to charge me 58 cents for a cup. Seriously! I could see if I just wanted water. Come on…..

The BLT that I ordered tasted good but the whole wheat bread edges are burn to bitterness. I really tried not to waste food. But the edges were really not eatable. They actually can be very delicious as well.

workers clearly hate their job and take it out on customers, i dont typically care how interested a worker is but when theyre rude then its a problem. very very small proportions consistently.

This Jimmy John’s is quite subpar. I’ve ordered here a few times in good faith despite having bad experiences as I assumed they were just flukes. But each time I’d online order a sub and pack extras in, I’d pick up the subs only to see them incredibly thin with barely anything in them, and that’s without even accounting for the extras. They intentionally skimp out on the ingredients, so you’re basically ordering bread with a few things inside for $9. I doubt the employees care enough to do this on their own accord, so I wouldn’t be surprised if management advises them to do it. If you’re fine with that go ahead and order from this place, otherwise save yourself the slight annoyance of this Jimmy John’s trying to save a few dollars by cheating out the customer. If they can’t even get the basics right it’s not worth the trouble. Go to a different one.

I’ve worked down the street from this location for about 4 years and order here all the time. I always get my food delivered pretty quickly. They’re always nice and make it no trouble ke at all with dropping my food off at the front desk plus I usually never have any problems with my orders!

Ordered from here today over an hour ago and never received. Called the number but no answer and received the message that the voicemail is full. Not sure what to do.

I just received a call from Michael asking me if I “really wanted my sandwich delivered while it was raining” he also said he knew it was his job to deliver but he didn’t want to do that in the rain because he rides his bike to make deliveries and didn’t want to get wet. I placed my order for “ASAP” but he asked me how long I was willing to wait because of the rain. I offered to wait a half hour but he said that wasn’t long enough since it’s supposed to rain still. I am confused why you would offer delivery which I have to pay for but your delivery drivers do not want to do their job. Michael said “well no one here has a car”

Update: we’ve been here 50 minutes, we still have no food, and they didn’t say a word to explain why we waited or to apologize. Honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve worked fast food and I try to be understanding, but this is completely unacceptable.
