Manager is rude and unprofessional I called customer complaints on her. I called to report they saturated my whole wrap and that’s not extra. I’ve worked in a sandwich shop we have set amounts for the extra sauce to prevent this picture. I grabbed it out of the bag and it was dripping. I personally wont eat it she completely saturated the wrap. She was like mam mam I did what it said put extra sauce. said she refund me only for me to call my bank to find 2 other charges for the wrap not a refund. I’ll be going to the bank and reporting it as fraud tomorrow honest go to jersey Mike they are better and have more professional people working for them. Customer tip never argue with a customer.

Very unprofessional service and appearance. All the employees were wearing sweats and non-work apparel (looks frumpy & unclean). I was handing the guy at the register my change for my payment and the other guy who was making the sandwiches grabbed the change from me with his gloves on. He then went and grabbed another piece of bread after touching my money. Not sanitary. Probably won’t eat here again :/

We received the best service in over a year! There was only one young man working over dinner and he was stellar!! Even though he was crazy busy he kept his cool! I had ordered a #12 he accidentally made a #14 yet graciously remade my unwitch exactly the way I ordered it! So kind as he filled walk-in orders and online orders!!! He did everything RIGHT!!
