Worst jimmy John’s. Waited an hour for my delivery. I called to see where my order was and was hung up on called again to the manager who didn’t take me serious till I said I would call corporate. Which they told me I’ll get my sandwiches for free. No one called to tell me there was no driver. When I asked why they said they were too busy. They never even made my sandwich I still had to wait.

Waited over an hour just to get a sandwich that was made wrong. It’s a sandwich, how do you mess that up? Everything is written right in front of your face. The staff is incredibly nice though. It’s just incredibly frustrating when someone can’t make a sandwich correctly.

Delicious bread and ingredients! Of course that’s true of all Jimmy John’s restaurants. What makes this one special are the sandwich artists. We’re ordered inside and the young man at the register and the young man making the sandwich were so helpful with recommendations to make my order better! Two suggestions: if you like the Vito, don’t forget to order it with mayo, and if you like the Vito, try the #9, The Italian Night Club. This has ham is is just plain larger. Service like this is what sets this JJ’s apart!
