Workers didn’t seem to know what was going on. They made a bunch of sandwiches and then had to open them all up to see which sandwich was which before giving me my order. Overall the food was ok but the experience was the best.

Entrance is shared with the bank. Go in and use door to immediate left. Expect the same here as any other location. Food is consistent. Bathrooms are clean. Location is a bit weird to get to. Need to drive through Cub parking lot or use 96 which is inconvenient. Parking is limited but I’ve never had an issue. Recently paved parking.

We paid $74 for 4 sub sandwiches. No combos, no cookies, no sodas, just 4 sandwiches! I was floored when she told us $74. They offer no bread or cheese choices like Subway. We will NEVER EVER eat Jimmy Johns again. And I love the sign on the door: Be nice to our employees who do show up. Wow! Really? “show up” ?? Don’t you pay them to show up?

Prices are higher than other locations. There isnt a “no tip” option, you have to select custom amount and enter in $0. Two subs, a bag of chips and a pop for $30, then expects tips for no table service.

Came here to get my online order only to realize that I ordered from the wrong store. The staff was super nice about it and took care of my order and informed the other store of mistake. Thanks!

Food was good and what you’d expect for a Jimmy John’s. The staff seem to regard customers as more of a hassle than a customer. No greeting or acknowledgement when walking in, asked for our order, pointed to the counter, and that was the extent of interaction. Sandwiches took a fairly long time to be prepared for being the only customers there. Overall a negative experience with a hostile environment that doesn’t feel very welcoming towards its customers.

Making tips mandatory on card is beyond frustrating. Pay your employees more don’t expect the customer to pay them for doing their job. This is getting out of hand as your food is overpriced to begin with.

The guy at the counter coyly says, “go ahead and enter your card and it’s going to ask you a question.” Oh really? You’re going to play stupid like you’re not begging for money? Stop asking for tips, you’re not a restaurant.
