Ordered through the mobile app for my lunch, which is 2.5 hours from now. The app said there are deliver delays, so I figured out would just order ASAP and maybe it would take a little longer than normal. Nonetheless, I called the store after I placed the order, feeling silly because I figured they would tell me there would be no problem getting my order to me by 1PM (I ordered at 10:30).

My sandwich arrived 40mins. The manager or whoever he was was quite rude rhe first time I called…so not good for a first time buyer. Then my sandwich arrived and it was missing a few things. I called back just to let him know and he talked over me and was quite rude. I then raised my voice and told him this is not how u ha dle or talk. Customer service here is awful. I will never return. They need to train people how to talk politely.

I went through the drive through and wanted to order a sandwich with ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce, mayo and pickles. It was my first time here so I didn’t know how to order and saw that you could essentially build your own sandwich so that’s what I asked for. Samantha, who was taking my order was rude and explained to me in a very condescending way how I could order a #1 that came with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I then asked her if I could add cheese to that and before she let me finish, Samatha cut me off and yelled that #1 already came with cheese. She yelled if we wanted something else in a very annoyed voice and I asked if she could add pickles she sighed and agreed. Overall very rude service and rude employees. (I didn’t get the chance to talk to other employees so idk if other employees are nicer, but Samatha sure wasn’t).

People normally order Jimmy Johns because it’s suppose to be fast. It took 1 Hour and 20 minutes for them to delivery it. That’s horrible service. This location just lost our corporate account. No longer using them.

Don’t EVER order food from this place! My family ordered dinner last Friday. After an hour wait we finally called to see where our food was. They told us the driver had it and was on the way… 20 minutes later we called back and was told that our order was never made because the bread was burnt, and than we were told the driver messed it up. When I asked to be refunded my 60 dollars they said I would have to come in Monday afternoon. I went in Monday afternoon to be lied to AGAIN and was told I had to talk to the area manager Aaron to get a refund. After talking to Aaron (and him treating me like I was the problem) he said I would be refunded in 3-5 days… Still no refund, no apologies, and being talked down to in a condescending tone. Don’t spend (or waist) your money here!

One of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had thus far ordering from Jimmy Johns. To help alleviate the stress from staff shortages, I placed a pick-up order and proceeded to wait 2 hours without receiving an update. Finally, I decided to give them a call. To sum it up, I was told that they “forgot to update the order status” and that it was ready to grab whenever. After explaining that I’d rather just receive the refund than a sandwich that’s been sitting for 2 hours, I was told that the order would be voided before being promptly hung up on. No apology for the delay. I highly recommend avoiding this location entirely.

Manager was very rude and walking around complaining about customers very loudly. It was offensive. I felt bad for the employees. They were trying to work hard, but the manager ruined that. Store is dirty. Drive a few more minutes to go the JJ’s near Jerry’s.

I order from here quite often and I’m less than a mile away yet it always takes over an hour. Today, it took an hour and 45 minutes to get my food and my drink had no ice, in fact it was WARM and not even carbonated !!! I don’t think anyone enjoys warm soda, especially after I paid extra for that ? Definitely feel like I’ve been robbed. I understand that ice melts but when I ordered my food almost 2 hours ago, I expect the drink to be made when the driver is about to leave, not when they make my order and then let it sit for OVER AN HOUR. I’m disputing the entire transaction with my bank because I’m truly mind blown on how terrible the service is. I get that everywhere is understaffed right now but that doesn’t mean you should let people’s orders sit for hours at a time.
