I went to grab dinner and was asked what number sandwich I wanted. I had never been there, so I ordered and was told what number I should use. I felt the bag and wondered why it felt so light. I’m from NJ and have been eating hoagies for 50 years and know what they feel like. I got home and found a stale roll which made a big crumbly mess. I looked inside and found two slices of meat. Two half sandwiches were $22 and I was disgusted with the waste of money. Subway is better, cheaper and has much more meat and made to order. I’ll never go back to Jimmy John’s again… total rip off

Jimmy johns in apple valley is one of my favorite locations . The employees always give warm welcomes . My sandwich is always ready before I finish paying! Let’s talk about freaky fast service. I ordered 2 sandwich’s for take out, they made them very quickly but the cashier got the order wrong, I didn’t realize until I had already left, the music in the place was so loud it was hard to communicate when ordering which is probably why it got put in wrong, and the woman who made the food told me if I wanted a bag to grab one myself. The whole place seemed disorganized.

Worked here years ago and the food was always really good, im basing rbis on my most recent experience. Ordered a club lulu and oatmeal cookie, everything was correct and it arrived within 10 minutes of order. Highly impressed with new management/drivers. Not sure what is open in terms of dining there due to covid and ordering a delivery. Very satisfied.

Ordered here for a couple years and stopped for months now. Extremely disappointing. They’ve forgotten sandwiches, sauces, messed up drinks. Took me an hour to get my food one time and my company is across the street. Staff isn’t that aware of what’s going on. Disappointing. I stopped going here because every other order one of my employees order gets messed up. And it takes them FOREVER to get their own money back. Don’t order from here unless it’s in person and CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving.

I came to eat at the Apple Valley location and the staff showed very little concern for their actions and customers. I was helped at the register and another customer came in behind me. While the customer behind me was being helped the order taker turned around and sneezed really loud, he and the other employees thought this was hilarious, laughing loudly at the action. Luckily my sandwich was already made but I feel really bad for the lady he proceeded to hand a drink cup to, and the customers that are going to unknowingly eat the bread he sneezed on. Covid or not this was a completely disgusting action by all the employees.
