Our Order taker Jasmine was very rude and impatient with us over the speaker. As we got to the window, we asked her a question and she rolled her eyes at us and kept being rude. I had to go inside because the pickle juice was everywhere in the bag and I was given the wrong chips. I would come again if their employees had better manners and more patience

The staff at the window are very rude. I came here and the girl at the window with the braids gave me the wrong price for my order, no receipt in the bag, and incorrect change. I got lots of attitude from her when I requested the correct amount of change along with my receipt. She then slammed the drive through window in my face. Got home I saw they got the sandwich wrong too. Worst experience ever, not coming here again, the Burnsville location is much nicer with professional staff who know how to give correct change.

We ordered a party box and were very disappointed. Half the sandwiches didn’t have cheese on them and hardly any meat. We called to inquire about the order and the manager told us “if you ordered the tomatoes and onions then they would have looked more full,” and refused to give us any kind of refund or work with us in any way. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Order from here at your own risk, since they apparently don’t stand behind their products.

Sandwichs made with either overcooked bread or day old bread. Also cookies were crumbling. Aka they left them in the freezer to long or they’re also old. The store was clean ATLEAST.

I thought I’d stop by this location since it’s on my way home from work but surely made a mistake. The girl taking my order at the drive thru had a snarky attitude and spoke very softly that I couldn’t understand her and had the audacity to get mad when I asked her to repeat herself. I ordered a Sprite with my meal and ended up getting a Diet Coke. It also looked like they messed up the person’s order in front of me because I saw her circling back in the drive thru. Never again. I’ll stick to my usual the other Eagan location instead.

Freaky lazy & slow…The girl in the drive through was very rude. She clearly didn’t want to be at work that day. She took payment out with a very snarky rude attitude. The drive thru took over 45 minutes in line with only 4 vehicles in front of us. The order was wrong and the girl in the window just didn’t seem to care, nor did she offer to correct the order. We did not even get bags for all the sandwiches and chips, She said the workers were too busy and didn’t put them in bags.

Unbelievably terrible! Waited 30 min. Called. Was delivered after 40 minutes. Ordered Italian night club with peppers. Received what’s in the pictures. Had to drive back to the store to show them the sandwich. Unable to refund or give gift card. After waiting at store for 20 minutes I was told to call the manager on Monday.

Worst location i have ever been to in the whole state. The employees sounded like they just woke up and were very incoherent on the drive through microphone. The workers continually repeated the order , mumbled or were talking to their other workers about their day. Once we got to the window the order was completely incorrect. Our party of 3 just accepted the fact the order was going to be wrong at this point. The line was horrible and each car took about 20 minutes to move forward, wow.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Been there twice, once through the drive-thru and once inside. Both times the girls taking my order were rude and unpleasant. Who hires these awful. Soulless people? I’ll never be back.
