I ordered for lunch, at about 1.5 hours if waiting I called and asked about the order and was told to give the driver another 10 minutes mind you im probably about 6 minutes away from the location. So I wait and 40 minutes go by so I call and cancel well about 30 minutes after canceling my order it arrives and to not waste anyone else’s time I simply take the order and give a tip as well. I open everything up and its not how I ordered it some things I paid to be added were not added and the pickle I asked for soaked through the bag spilled pickle juice all over the table … so not only did I starve waiting for the order but I was also not given the correct order aaannndddd now I smell like pickles safe to say I will never order Jimmy John’s again … freaky fast freakishly a lie

I came in with my 8 year old daughter, I ordered a slim 4 add cheese with mayo packets on the side and a ham and cheese sub. We are down here for an all day appt at Gillette’s and I didn’t check the subs until we got back to Gillette’s. The slim 4 ONLY HAS TURKEY ON IT! I am upset and frustrated. I paid the extra and this is just ridiculous. It should be the easiest sub to make! We live 3 and a half hours north, how can you make this right?

My sandwich took 2.5 hours to be delivered today. This is not acceptable. This location is 1 mile away from me. Even after calling the store after already waiting over an hour I was told it was going out the door “right now.” Well it took another hour and a half to finally arrive. Never ordering from here again.

Horrendously slow delivery. I live 1.5 miles from the store. After 1 hour 10 minutes I called and they said it was “out for delivery” even though the online app said it wasn’t. 30 minutes later I called back and they said it’s “out for delivery”. Asked them to void the order. Hopefully they will. Never again.
