Be sure to order an hour ahead of when you actually want your food. I paid a $3.50 delivery fee along with a $5 tip hoping to get my single sub quickly for lunch before a work meeting. But no, as usual, it took an hour to get here. This is a location specific issue because I’ve never had an issue with other locations, but it continues to happen at this one.

Ordered from this location tonight for supper. Ordered 4 sandwiches not a single one was right stuff missing on one stale bread. I got a slim 1 and couldn’t eat the bread it was so hard… and Delivery was $5.00? For literally 1.5 mile? NOT HAPPY AT ALL….

Don’t order delivery from here unless you want it to take an hour and a half, an hour and twenty minutes of that just to make a sub. I even called about 40 minutes in and asked what’s up and they said it would be there in a couple minutes. Literally took an hour and twenty minutes to make a sub and ten minutes to be delivered. They will not refund either. They could care less even if your grandma got food poisoning from them and died or if your two subs took over an hour to be made.

I called to check if there was an issue with my order as it hadn’t left over a half hour after I placed it. Lauren was very rude, refused to give her name initially, said she didn’t know when her general manager would be in. Said “uh- yeah- we are busy and my driver isn’t back,” and no apologies for my order not leaving 55 minutes after I ordered it. Then I called to cancel it and miraculously it was on its way.
