They messed up my pick-up order. I had to travel an extra 30 minutes to go pick-up the correctly made one. I asked for a free sandwich or other compensation for the inconvenience and time of their mess up, and the employee refused. I contacted corporate. After submitting the message the page said they pass messages on to the franchise owners. The owner never contacted me to make things right. Every other JJ I have ever been to has been great, this one is terrible.

My daughter in law and I stopped at the Koeller St. location to order sandwiches for the two us and my son. I ordered a Giant Slim #3 (tuna) with no cheese for my son. Upon returning home with the sandwiches, we found we had a Giant Ham with cheese. I called to explain the mix-up and they offered to bring us the correct sandwich. I showed the employee the receipt when he arrived with the correct sandwich. He asked for the Giant Ham back! My son had already given the cheese to myself and his wife and placed the sandwich in a bag in the fridge. What on earth was he going to do with that sandwich?! Eat it for his own lunch, or take it back to disassemble and make another sandwich? I honestly can’t believe he took the sandwich. Needless to say, I don’t see myself going to Jimmy John’s anymore.

I never thought I say this because I absolutely love Jimmy John’s sub sandwich, but they’re unwich, is the bomb! I recommend adding lettuce to your unwich. I think because your sandwich is wrapped in lettuce instead of a sub bun they dont include the shredded lettuce on the sandwich leaving ur sandwich a little on the thin side. Dont forget your pickle!

I placed an order at 7:35 pm. Around 7:50-8 I still had not received my sandwich. I placed a call to the store and was told “it should be delivered next” as we only have one driver.: ( yes I know all places are short staffed) .. 8:02 I get a notification it is out for delivery…810, still nothing.. I call the store again, and informed them I hadn’t received it yet and I would like a refund .. the guys response was, well it’s been out for delivery for a while now so we can’t do that. And when I tried to tell him the last time this had happened to me, I had gotten a full refund, he denied it and said that would have never happened … 8:20 I received my order..
