A huuuge tip of my hat to Sandwich Superstar, Caspar Uy. He came up with a few “specialty” menu options that make this Jimmy Johns unlike any other in the city and allow for ingredient combinations that I may not have thought of. Vegan options as well!

I preordered a sub at 6 pm for 7 pm pickup and received an email confirming my order. I arrived at 7 pm and the store was completely dark and closed. (Attached photos show that I am there at the claimed time and the phone number in the window is to prove that I am at the correct location). I understand that things happen and they maybe had to close early but they could’ve cancelled my order before leaving. Edit: I was able to get a refund but I still wasted my time last night so my rating is still 1/5.

I walked all the way to this jimmy johns after work at 8 pm and the lights were out and the whole store was closed. According to the website this location closes at 10pm and there was no indication or sign saying the hours were modified.

Online shows they are open til 10 pm but apparently closes at 5. I only found this out after calling 2 other JJ’s. Ridiculous as this is the only one that will deliver to St. Mary’s hospital (even though State Street and University Ave locations are right in the vicinity.)

My order was missing ingredients I paid extra for. I work alone in my department in the hospital, so I have to eat in the 5 minutes I have to myself– so I ate it without the extras. I called later after work to say “Hey, this was messed up, can I get my money back for those extra ingredients?” One manager said “My name is Madison, drop my name next time and your sandwich will be free” So I did, and the General Manager said I can’t prove it so they won’t do it. I asked if they will at least refund my $1.35. NOPE! Way to lose a regular customer over something so petty! I can afford to lose the $1.35 they charged me extra, thank goodness. Wouldn’t have been the case were I still a student. Here’s a big sarcastic GOOD JOB!

Absolutely terrible. I like Jimmy John’s, but this location screwed up the last three sandwiches that I’ve ordered. The mistakes aren’t even minor, I’m talking forgetting to add lettuce kind of stuff. One time, they dropped the sandwich in the garbage, picked it out, and handed it to me.
