Forgot my drink, didn’t cut my sandwich in half, delivery driver drove like a maniac, and took over an hour to deliver my food and I am less then 5 minutes from them. I called asking about where my food was, was on hold for almost 10 minutes and they hung up. I called again and asked for a refund and they have me a $5 credit. Horrible service.

This place needs it’s slogan to be subs so slow you’ll freak! Took over and hour to get my order and my soda was flat when it got here. No help from the store over the phone. Also I ordered jimmy peppers and the sandwich had exactly 3 pepper slices – not really what I was expecting from past jj experiences.

Walked in here asked for a “number 10 plz.” Went to bathroom came back to get sandwich went to car took bite out of it no lettuce. Then dude making sandwich tried to argue with person that took my order. Saying I heard him say no lettuce. Said nothing of the sort.

Ordered some 8+ box lunches for a business meeting only to find out I actually needed them an hour earlier. I called and the gentleman was able to get them done immediately and by the time I quickly drove over they were ready to go! One of the gentlemen told me to have a blessed day which was just the icing on the cake to fully take away the stress I had with the meeting time change. Very thankful for the accommodation that was made, especially with how tight employment is right now! Very impressed!

On 12/14/22, we stopped to get sandwiches and chips. The male cashier was fantastic! Super nice and respectful. The female manager, who was making sandwiches, however, was an absolute terror and was slamming things around while making sandwiches and slamming customer’s sandwiches for them to pick up. Wow – to whom is this person accountable??

Every time I order it’s at least 2 hours to get my food and it won’t even be good or what I ordered. Also good luck calling—nobody will pick up most times and if they do they have an attitude. Ordered a sandwich at 3:30 and it’s 6:12 and not out for delivery and no way to cancel, since 4 phone calls have gone unanswered. Corporate, close this shop!
