I order a party pack for the guys, they said it was good. When I got to there to pick it up a ordered a unwich, which I have had many times, this was by far the worst put together unwich in history!! The turkey was seemed shredded, and there was a glob of avocado in the center. Even keeping it wrapped in paper, it just fell apart:( Disappointing!! Just subs on bread from now on at Jimmy Johns!!

Asked, even said please. For no tomato. Got home, opened sub and yes it had tomato. How to explain, don’t understand basic english, can’t comprehend a simple request, could care less about a costumer, is preoccupied with solving the existential quandary of naval fuzz. I know it’s hard for business owners to find breathing help, but c’mon man. NO FREAKING TOMATO.

So nice to go into a business where people actually enjoy working at their job! Kids that were running the shop were very pleasant and well mannered. Restaurant was very clean. I customized my sandwich and noticed one of the many items I added was left out. Not a big deal because I added a lot, they were in the middle of a lunch rush and we are only human so mistakes happen but I politely mentioned it to them and they dropped everything they were doing to make it right for me. Excellent customer service! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend Waunakee Jimmy John’s.

Terrible customer service in waunakee, WI (8/22/2022 at 6:45 pm)! There were 6 high-school (one named Hayden) aged students that made our order wrong and charged us for something we didn’t order. No one else was in the store or in the drive through. Made us wait in the parking lot. Told us they would refund the sub. Then never came outside to give refund. We had two sick kids in the car this whole time. Finally went in the store and then demanded the sun back and kept insisting we ordered a California sub. Hayden had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. She was laughing. We go there almost weekly for subs and never will be back.

I’ve dropped by a handful of times, typically before or after noon(I avoid the lunch rush). The ingredients are very fresh, and the service is punctual. My first JJ’s experience was at this location, this store is what keeps me coming back.
