Absolutely horrible quality and poor amount of food. What a joke of a price, over $20 for two subs for something it looks like cost them $1. We will not be going back to any Jimmy John’s from this point forward and I suggest you look elsewhere for places to eat. Just not worth it anymore. Best part is they don’t care.

If Jimmy John’s is supposed to be freaky fast why would there be a 30-minute wait? Apparently a catering order had come through however you can’t just stop prep for everyone coming in that wants a sandwich.

Wanted to stop in for a quick meal to take home which is what we got. Good service and fast. When we got home the sandwiches were wrong. Our first sandwich had tomatoes and no Mayo. The second was supposed to have spicy peppers and sauce which it did not. They weren’t bad sandwiches just wish we had everything that was ordered.

I’m sure the owner of this franchise will be happy to know that their manager is rude, unaccommodating and lacks any resemblance of customer service skills. On more than one occasion our company (located here in Lake Mills) has attempted to order a few sandwiches/box of subs for a company luncheon and we’ve been flat out denied service. Understandable that they’ve been larger orders, but it’s hard to fathom a business not wanting to make a sale (& many potential future sales). As a result we no longer order from Jimmy Johns for any company luncheons, customer visits etc. Subway has been more than accommodating for these requests. Easily hundreds of dollars, if not a couple thousand dollars worth of sales lost on an annual basis. Jimmy Johns in Lake Mills doesn’t like money I guess, Subway does though!

This store has consistently long delivery times. When the app tells me it is out for delivery I am at work about 5 min from the shop it should not take an hour to get here. This is consistent problem with this from this store. You call to complain and they just tell you that it’s on the way but don’t offer any solutions or any real help with a correction for the issue. It’s enough of an issue to cause me to want not eat there at all.

I ordered a sandwich, I live 4 minutes away and it took 40 minutes to get here. So much for freaky fast? I am pregnant, I was starving, and they made me wait 40 minutes for something that should have taken 15-20 minutes TOTAL… from getting the order at their store to delivering it. Absolutely unacceptable.

Placed order for delivery at 5:56. Was delivered at 6:50. Pretty much same thing happened last time we ordered delivery, as well. No timeline was given at time of orders and no indication was given there would be any sort of delay.

Orderd had delivered 1 sand was I’m correct called David said correct sand was out with driver after 35 mins waiting called o we will send it out they had to ask what the sand was I told him so hoping it was correct when I received it now has been 1 hr 20 mins still nothing but they did receive my 31.86 never again will I order from here
