I ordered lunch from here today. I’m 3 blocks from the store. It took an hour from the time it said it was out for delivery until I finally called the store to talk to someone. They were extremely rude on the phone. When the food did finally show up, I had no idea it was there. The driver literally pulled up, leaned the bag against my work places window IN THE SUN and just drove off. Not letting anyone know it was there. This location is an absolute JOKE.

I usually order on the app. The last few times I have ordered there have been small details just lacking. The cut in half option has been placed on my order every time, today I even reiterated this in the instructions. I have picked up my order for it to be missing ingredients and never does my sandwich get cut in half. Why even have the option if no one is following instructions? Also, I haven’t received napkins the last few times I have ordered and that has also always been marked during my ordering process.

Sandwich maker was rude. I asked got my sandwich to be cut in half. The cashier passed the message to the sandwich line and was clapped back with a rude attitude. I tried to defend the cashier and the sandwich maker further bullied the cashier. I apologized for my special request and told her I was sharing the sandwich, which is why I needed it cut. I handed the sandwich back to get cut. Was slapped with so much push back. It was completely unnecessary. None of that exchange needed to happen. This occurred 3/1/2923 at 6:30 pm.

I ordered online and one of my sandwiches came with NO MEAT on it. I texted the delivery driver and she said “you have to understand it’s our busiest time of the day” so i proceeded to call the store and was put on hold 10 different times and finally the MANAGER answered the phone and RUDELY swore up and down that she made the sandwiches herself and she did put meat on them.. trying to blame this on me. I will never order from here again!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

What can you say about freaky fast subs! This location is pretty normal for a Jimmy John’s they make fast sandwiches and they are good. You do have some customization options but not as many as some brands. Use the website or app to make ordering easy. I usually get roast beef with cheese, original chips, a chocolate chunk cookie, and a coca cola. Really awesome setup for doing a group order. Each person can pay without dealing with paying each other back.
