Waited over 2 hours for 2 damn sandwiches. Called the store and was told they never got our order. Well they charged my credit card so I think they might have gotten it but lost it. Never again. Better yet they delivered to the wrong house too.

I ordered well over an hour before I needed to leave for my next job. The food never arrived within the hour and fifteen minutes I had available for them to drop off. When I called to cancel my order (was going to be late for next job) and ask for a refund I was told no because the driver was almost there. This location never takes more than 30 minutes with my food. I waited for the driver for 10 minutes and still did not show. Extremely upset that I wasted my money and now I don’t have a lunch. Half the reason I love JJ’s so much is due to the speed, honesty of speed, and cooperation from employees which I did not receive any of those today. Apparently this has also happened to my coworkers from the same jimmy johns. Ridiculous

Ordered online. After an hour I called to confirm they received my order. They told me my order was next to go out when the driver returned. After another 30 minutes I called again and got the same response. I cancelled and went to Cousin’s Subs. Their cheese curds were awesome. I recommend them!

Ordered it an hour and fifteen minutes ago and it’s still not here. When I called I got the typical excuse of only two drivers. The part that led me to writing this review is the fact the woman on the phone rushed through insincere speech and offered me a free meal for next time! I wasn’t calling to be a Karen or Kyle. Literally wanted to know if this order was ever coming. So hopefully the employee was true to her word and is refunding me for this nonexistent food.

We had an order for two party platters and a couple of slims set for a 430 pickup. Not so freaky fast. With Jimmy John’s reputation I thought it all would be ready by 430. Nope. I got there to pick our order up at 430 and I waited until 445 for my order to be ready.

Ordered from this store twice, first time the order took almost two hours to arrive and when I called they said they ran out of bread?! The next order was for two sandwiches and an hour later they only delivered 1. I called and they sent the other sandwich but was another 45 minute wait; this was after 7 pm on a weekday. Never again.

Placed an order online. It took about a half hour to make 2 subs, and over a half hour to deliver from a location 6 minutes away. The sandwiches were made according to our orders, but they were not cut in half, like we asked. It has happened a few times recently. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location anymore.
