I ordered my Sammy Sam and it took an hour to reach me. I find this odd for someone who calls themselves “Freaky Fast”. The delivery driver on the other hand was fabulous. Very kind indeed. My Sammy Sam was cold by the time I got it.

Didn’t have change for 100 bill when my meal was 30 bucks. Asked me to go to a gas station. The gas station across the street doesn’t sell diesel. So I would have to spend 10 bucks or more to break it there on things I don’t need. What a waste of time.. the other jimmy John’s I used to go to at my old house was horrible and now this one is well on its way to joining. This place is in the middle of an extremely busy business area near the brewer stadium. How do you not have change 80 bucks to give in change. Called to cancel because I’m not driving a mile away and buying things I don’t need to purchase a meal I wanted 20 min ago. Over an hour wait on a sandwich, call and check on it, after it’s been out for 40 mins for delivery and get told the driver overslept. Sorry he will be there in a little bit. My lunch break was over quite awhile ago. How about you call the customer and let them know. I could have picked it up the store is only 6 minutes away
