Ordered online almost an hour passed and had not gotten my order called they stated it’d be another hour to hour and a half because of no staffing or drivers. This should have been stated in the app when ordered. Food it usually very good at this place.

Don’t bother trying to order from this location, consistently understaffed so deliveries take forever. Even if you do a pre order and give them enough time to prepare the quality of the sandwich is a total toss up, best bet is to just go inside or order from somewhere else. Just waited for over an hour for my food while on break at work and it didn’t show up till after my lunch was over.

Do not order delivery from this location. Not only will you wait 2 hours, but your food will not be fresh when it arrives. I ordered one sub at 12pm, and the tracking said it was out for delivery at 1pm. It then arrived at 2pm (2 hours on the road?). Once it arrived the food was inedible and the drink had all of its ice melted. Terrible experience.

Never order from this location, they suck. Ordered online and waited over 1hr and 30min for my sub to finally arrive. No updates and definitely not freaky fast. Contacted for a refund and haven’t gotten back to me still. If you want to wait forever for your food and starve this is the place.

If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order at 3:57…. At 4:30 I call to get an update and they said waiting for the driver to come back. Call again at 5:30 and they said “we don’t know when the driver will be back”. When I asked when the subs were made they said over 20 minutes ago. No thanks to a sub sitting out…. Cancelled the order.
