I ordered delivery for 1 pm. The food wasn’t prepared until 1:10 pm and was delivered at 1:50 pm. Not only was it ridiculously late, it took the delivery driver 40 minutes to go 3 miles. When it was finally delivered, my apartment bell was not rung and I did not receive a text nor phone call. Luckily I was refreshing the order webpage. Otherwise I had no way to know they had finally delivered my food.

Ordered delivery online to be delivered at 11:45. Was it delivered at 11:45? Absolutely not. Was delivered closer to 12:30 which is when my lunch break ended so I wasn’t even able to eat the sandwich. Why even have the option to order ahead of time? Called store and was told there was only one delivery driver for 8 orders. Why take the order then? Don’t give a sob story about the poor delivery driver when you’re not doing your job as a manger and MANAGING. Will not ever order from this jimmy johns again.

I’ve had no other issues with this restaurant before this week. I ordered an online order before and after 2 hours it never came so I had to cancel it. I ordered through the drive through today and ordered the unwhich. She said “no mayo, no lettuce or tomato then?” And I said yes none of that, when I got my order it was bread. I came in and was very calm about this until the short brunette began to yell at me for it. I said it must have been a misunderstanding and instead of resolving it she continuously whispered under her breath about us, made loud rude comments to us and began an argument that didn’t need to happen. Will not be coming here ever again.

ordered online at 1:09pm got it at 2:50pm. I was 5 minutes away from this location. had to call and the guy that answered didn’t say hi, bye, sorry or anything. once i got my food they didn’t give my soda and was not credited online. ridiculous

went through the drive thru and asked 3 times for an unwich since my sister and i are allergic to gluten. our sandwich had bread so i went back in and the shorter lady with black hair just started yelling at me saying i never asked for that which i did 3 times. she then continued to tell me next time i wont be getting a remake? she then continued to talk under her breath about me. wont ever be going back and hope everyone considers this before going here.

Terrible experience. I asked for a #12 unwich with a double lettuce wrap and cut in half since it tends to fall apart. When the guy gave me the sandwich I asked him if they had double wrapped it and cut it in half. He said yes. I watched them make it and knew they hadn’t so I opened it in front of him and said can you please double wrap this and cut it in half. He proceeded to throw a bag and storm off while the lady tried to do it but failed pic. See picture. I will not go back here. Total circus.

It’s 1:30p and I’m still waiting on an order to be delivered, placed at 11:48a. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Last time the manager said they gave me 2 free subs to my account, which never showed up in the as well. Horrible service. Not ordering again, thankfully jersey Mike’s is right next door.
