I’ve had two horribl experiences lately at this particular JJS. A month ago I ordered delivery online and I waited over an hour until I decided to call them and ask where my order was I called over and over and nobody answered for like 15 min and then somebody from there called me back and told me they didn’t have a delivery driver that night and I said well why did you wait an hour to tell me that you didn’t have a delivery driver? So finally, I had my bf pick it up because he was already out and about by this time on his way home. This time I ordered delivery online again because I have Covid and can’t leave the apt, once again I wait about an hour and no delivery still. I call over and over and no answer until they finally answer after like the 10th time and they tell me they delivered it already. They said they put it on the patio which I said leave at apt 3 considering I have covid and it’s not on the patio either. So they delivered it to the wrong address and I had to wait even longer for them to remake it and deliver it once again. So almost an hour and a half for this . F JJS In Watertown

We ordered 7 sandwiches one was made correct after calling the manager who answered had an attitude from hell. We were told all the food would be re made and delivered within 20 min. The asked for the food delivery back. 40 -45 min later 4 of the sandwichs that were wrong were delivered, didn’t even remake all the ones that were wrong. We order at least once a week and ever less then 40$ we will be giving out money to another restaurant from now on. The lady who answered the phone needs to retake management classes and learn customer service skills.

Amazing workers but they’re with one exception. There was one girl with brown hair and as me and my friend were eating she asked us to leave multiple times before we were done with our food, we have had issues with her outside of her work in the past but the work place is supposed to be professional and should respect costumers. She was sitting at a table not doing her job most of the time we were there. She was very disrespectful and caused issues for no reason saying we needed to leave while we were eating our food. Disappointed in her customer service.

I was at Jimmy Johns in my town. Usually amazing service and costumer service. Today I went in with a friend and in the middle of eating I was told to leave, more then twice. We were not being loud, disrespectful or taking up space. We were just trying to eat and enjoy our food. Everyone was working amazing except for one girl. She told us to leave more then twice for no reason, keep in mind not even done eating. she was being loud with her friend(s) while everyone was working and not doing her job. she had no reason to tell up to leave. I know her personally and she is using that against me and my friend. Like I said I have never had a problem until now. very uncalled for and we didn’t nothing wrong. she had long brown hair. very disrespectful and we’re disappointed.

If I could 0 star I would it was over 2 hours since we ordered and just now got our food freaky slow I spent almost 80 dollars on our meal if you cannot accommodate online orders or delivery then they need to make changes or close those as options this is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning to this location unless they right their wrongs
