I frequently order from here while at work. But today I have learned that if I don’t order with a group of people it is very expensive because of the delivery fee. I just paid $18.97 for a wrap, soda and chips! The new Thai Chicken Wrap is awesome though! 🙂

My order came to my home over an hour after I had placed it. Manger said “unfortunately it was during shift change so we were down to one driver.” Not ordering from that location again. I feel if there’s going to be a delay, my order shouldn’t say out for delivery and arrives an hour ten minutes later.

They charge a delivery fee of $3.50. Then expect you to also tip. So a $9 sub ends up costing $13 or more. Without a tip, that is 30% add on. With a tip 40-50% add on. At that rate might as well go to Kwick Trip.

Extremely fast and friendly service and right by my house… I think the fastest Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to! But I go to the one on the other side of town now because for some reason this one never gives me the double meat when I order a “favorite” sandwich and it’s a bit disappointing.

Placed an online order, and was delivered I would assume in a reasonable time. However the delivery driver failed to read the delivery instructions, did not knock, and did not attempt to call to notify that the order had been delivered. 50 minutes after the order was placed, and roughly 30 min after the food was delivered did we decide to see what was taking so long. Our drinks were flat and watered down as all the ice had melted and the kicking ranch had spoiled as it was left out of refrigeration.

Huge shout out to all the employees working here this evening. Im not from the area and accidentally placed my online order for the wrong store. When I arrived at this location everyone was super kind and helpful. They even remade my order for me. I would have absolutely driven to the other location as it was my mistake but they didn’t even think twice before whipping up my sandwiches for me. Thanks JJs!!
