I placed an order for delivery on Sunday at around 11:30 in the morning. My order went out for delivery around 12:15 and I kept an eye out for it since I had marked to leave it at the door. It was marked delivered at 12:45, but was not left at my door. I figured it was accidentally left at a neighbors and walked up and down my street looking, but did not see any Jimmy John’s at any home on my street.

Management must really been lacking the last few months because latest reviews all say the same thing about delivery time, too long to be freaky fast. Go back a few months and not one bad review. Hmmmm. My experience today, ordered at 11:55 (when i received my confirmation) I knew it would take longer than normal being that it is lunch rush hour…which i was totally fine with. 40 minutes pass by and still no lunch, so I call, person who answers says they are just now leaving the store with it, got my sub 10 minutes later..50 minutes for a sub when the restaurant is 5 minutes away. I could have ordered a pizza and gotten it sooner. Management needs to step up or you should reconsider your job as a manager. Will NEVER order from this location again.
