Kind of rude employee at the register. Turned around and walked away after I ordered, so I grabbed the receipt that printed in front of me, ( because I always get one) and he turned around and took it from me and said ” You can’t have that one, you’ll get one with your order” Then walked away again. I have never been to Jimmy John’s before and probably won’t again because of that.

Pretty sad can go to subway pay less and get what I want here pay 16 dollars for a sub and can’t have it made the way you want plus or minus ingredients and in order to do 2 halves of said 16 dollar sub they wanna charge you twice like it costs you anything extra to subtract ingredients from one half of a sandwich and then barely get anything inside of said 16 dollar sub place is a rip off

The food isn’t quite my flavor. It’s all good ingredients but when I had the Tuna Salad, it was pretty bland. No fault of their own, just not my flavor of stuff. Staff are always SUPER helpful and incredibly quick and accurate. Store is roomy and super clean.

Very rude owner and employees!! The one time I visited and tried this location. I will never go back to a Jimmy Johns again or at least in this town! They messed up my sandwich. Their veggies aren’t even worth what Subway has to offer. Bread was as hard as a rock to where I could break a window with it. He was trying to put the same meat from the messed up sandwich into the new one!! Like come on it’s common sense! If you mess up someone’s sub then that means NEW ingredients!! Including meat. That’s disgusting that I had to experience it.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the Sheldon location. The food was fast and fresh, my sandwich was made correctly and the employees (mostly kids) were very friendly. I especially like the new tuna sanwiches!

Sandwich was at least made correctly. But the wait is the longest ever. Jimmy John’s is supposed to be known for fast sandwiches but when 7 people are standing there watching 1 person make 5 orders. Training needs major improvements to make this better.
