All this time I thought “freaky fast” meant very fast. As it turns out, “freaky” means ‘not even remotely’. You’ll get your food faster at a sit-down restaurant. It tastes good, though.

I was at this Jimmy John’s today with my celiac daughter. They were incredibly busy and had several multi-Sandwhich orders ahead of us. We asked them to change gloves for my daughters gluten free order and they still did everything in protocol even though they were in a rush. We really appreciate having a safe place for my daughter to eat in town.

Always good food but almost everytime I go they mess up the toppings. Not doing anything complicated either just asked for onions the last 3 times and never got it

I requested EZ mustard and got more than generous amount. So much it made the sandwich nearly non-edible for my liking. I’ve never had an issue like this before and I’ve been to several locations and order the same thing each time.

I have recently found Jimmy Johns and can I say yes!! I enjoy the bread, the vegetables are acceptable and the service has not disappointed. The hot peppers are a great addition to the turkey sandwich I order and I like how they offer the low carb options!

Bought a giant tuna sandwich at 10am. Very fresh. Tomatoes were red, cukes crunchy etc. Also bought a little french meat baguette for later. So happy open and next to laundromat as stopped and then onward. Nice folk at Jimmy Jon’s too!

The Jimmy Johns location in Mason City is absolutely awesome They make their sandwiches taste awesome, and I rarely have issues. But if there are issues or things incorrect about your order, they will compensate. Amazing customer service skills from the employees, and enjoyable food. Definitely a 10/10 from me.

Best Jimmy Johns I’ve had in a while. On a long 9 hour car trip and swung by for some food. The food was amazing. Nice and fast. Excellent layering on the meats. Definitely worth going out of our way!
