I had never ordered from Jimmy Johns before, so was a little apprehensive. However, the staff exceeded my expectations. My sub was executed perfectly, the delivery driver was very pleasant and professional, AND it was to my doorstep in less than 15 minutes. (I really was shocked how FAST it got to my apartment!) Would definitely recommend.

Not one to EVER leave a bad review as I own my own business. but I’m fed up. Every time I order food it takes over an hour to get delivered, pop is watered down, if I even recieve the drink I order. I live 3 blocks away, my son has a broken leg or else I’d come there. If you offer delivery services, you should be able to deliver… freaky fast, not freaky slow. Also very rude to hang up on customers

Terrible service every time I go here. I’ve never had “freaky fast” service, which is part of the reason it should be a quick lunch or dinner option if you are in a hurry. Employees were talking instead of making my sandwich, and then made it wrong. When I ordered delivery from a few blocks away it took 45 minutes. Pizza’s which have to be cooked took a shorter amount of time.

The food was decent. I have came here for years here but this trip was very unpleasing. First, customer service was very poor. Not a smile found in the place. It was like he wanted to take our order and be done talking to us. Then it took 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches (we were the only customers in there at this time). The place wasn’t very clean. The floors had stuff all over them and half the tables were dirty. Will not be returning. Very sad because I used to love to come here.

Unsatisfied. I eat jimmy johns 4X a week for lunch. Ordered 2 sandwiches from this location this time and the bread was hard, put together sloppy, close to 2 handfuls of onions all piled into one spot. Asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn’t. Simple sign of no care whatsoever. I’ll be ordering my food in Des Moines before heading home from now on as I can’t trust that my experience will be any different next time. This has got to be fixed.

I ordered a sandwich at 7:45 pm and it’s now 8:32 pm almost close to their closing time and it’s just now getting out for delivery and it was a small sandwich not that complicated but it took that long and I had tried to call to cancel my order cause I ordered from somewhere else and I called twice and it kept ringing and ringing then it hung up on me twice. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with jimmy Johns.

I’d give it no stars except for the way regional management handled things. I’m from California, and had only been to jimmy johns once before in Arizona. I won’t get started on that visit. I moved to Newton with my family a few months ago. I stopped at jjs on my way home one day. Was startled at the rudeness of the staff. I asked for an application on the way out, and the guy behind the counter laughed and said “don’t bother, they won’t hire you”.

Been to this location a few times since moving and they’ve always been good to me. I’ve never gotten delivery so I can’t say anything about that aspect but even walking in I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes there and the food in my opinion is a step up from Subway.

I use to work here when it was under different management and its sad to see all these negative reviews. How does it take 15 min. To make two sandwiches. Pay attention to the customers without them you wouldnt have a job they’re the most important people that come into the store! Sad to see it go down hill so quick.
