It’s about fifty fifty ordering from here if I actually get my food. Most of the time they have no driver and still allow delivery orders, sometimes I’ll actually get a call saying they have to cancel the order. When I actually do get an order through, it takes nearly an hour for delivery and the drivers dont follow instructions, resulting in stolen food.

This review is for the customers who complain without knowing what goes on behind the counter tops. A. When your online order doesn’t arrive by the time you scheduled it to it means they are LOW STAFFED. B. When the drive thru says inshop only it means they are low on staff AND ingredients and can’t afford lots of drive thru orders. C. If you write a bad review based on inshop wait times it most likely means that they are running low on ingredients. They only have ONE produce slicer. I understand you know the slogan “freaky fresh, freaky fast” but they are humans not robots. Have a little bit of patience they are working as fast as they can. D. As a fellow jj customer I understand you are hungry but don’t get mad at the people who literally make your food. They are doing their best to provide your food all while having like 2 people working not only inshop but also drive thru while managing produce production, cleanliness of the dining area, cleanliness of the restrooms etc. It’s a lot to do while being short staffed and having people yell at them. Imagine you getting yelled at daily for just doing your job. You’d quit your job wouldn’t you?

Never on time. I order ahead of time to get on their schedule and it’s never delivered or even made. I always have to call to get them to even make it, let alone bring it to my work. It’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t be begging for my food to come when they have had it on their schedule since before they even open. You can tell it’s not managed very well and that the people in charge do not care about their customers at all. Very disappointed.

I pulled up to have my order taken to see a sign the drive thru is closed due to staffing shortages. The only restaurant I’ve seen closing the drive thru and not their lobby. I can’t come in so that is why I used your drive thru. Order lost and I’m hangry. ..

I ordered one sandwich at 11:37am. It is now 12:41pm, and I still haven’t gotten my food. Are you kidding me?? Terrible service. Never ordering from this location again. If I would have known it was going to take over an hour to get once sandwich from one mile away, I would have just drove somewhere on my 30-minute lunch. Thanks Jimmy Johns for ruining my day.
