We went through the drive through on our way home with two babies, with still a 9 hour drive to home In Minnesota. And after we ordered it took us a whole hour to get our food.. I wasn’t happy to have to wait that long. If I wanted to go to a restaurant and sit in, it probably would have been faster.

I prefer to order my food online or with the app, seems that every time I try to order after 6pm that they have online and app orders disabled, it’s just like McDonald’s ice cream machine, always down!

We go to Jimmy John’s a couple times a week. We love their subs and have never had an issue up until today. We always get the same subs with a side of Jimmy peppers. Today we were told “no, we can’t do that with that sub, it’s against the rules” What? It’s about 4 peppers that I’m willing to pay extra for. The girl was rude to the point won’t be back

My husben and I always order the No.9 and its never made the same way. Several times no oil & vinger or no mayo, sometimes only 2 tomatos on the sandwichor or no onion and I guess that little bit of green is lettuce. We stoped going to the JJ’s in Iron Mountain a year ago, subs just suck. Last month we went to Escanaba. I said to the guy, are your subs better the Iron Mountains ? I told him the problems and he said there’s a standard protocall on how the subs are suspost to be made by the company. We follow the companys ways and rules. Well let me tell you they were the best subs We ever ate. This past weekend we took a ride to Escanaba just for No.9 JJ’s subs. Never again Iron Mountains JJ’s.

Nothing freaky fast about this place. Just god awful slow.. I am talking I could of went in and ordered an oven baked sub somewhere and received it faster. Four employees working I was only customer inside and there were two that had ordered in front of me in the drive through. Only reason for the two stars the girl was polite that took my order and the sub tasted good. Otherwise 1 star. I would never go back with the lack of work ethic.

Oh my gosh! I had the pleasure of stopping at Jimmy John’s in Iron Mountain today. This was not in my plan and frankly I only went there because I didn’t want tocross the highway. I am a transplant from South Jersey and everyone knows we’re very particular about our Italian food. I ordered the Italian Club and was thrilled. It was literally packed full of delicious meat and proalone cheese along with lettuce tomato onions on a perfectly fresh Italian roll. I know I will not be eating anywhere else when I’m on errands in Iron Mountain. Young people at the drive-in window were very professional and friendly. The weight was not long at all! I am recommending it to everybody I talk to. As far as I’m concerned five stars is not enough!!
